One Birthday, one Funeral, one Wedding and a house.

On the 25th of May we celebrated Jonathan's first birthday!! A great milestone for us all and a real moment of celebration.

During May, after a long time of illness, Grandpa Cook passed away at the ripe age of 92 years old. He had lived a long and full life and will be greatly missed by us all. He was an example for us all to follow.

Later in May, we were able to go back to beloved Norway and celebrate the wedding of Gareth and Åsne. They are great friends of ours and it is exciting to see them get married.

Lastly, surprisingly we have also bought a house in Örebro. All of a sudden our son walking around the apartment has reminded us that we needed a bigger place!! Our new house is a semi-detached one level house around 3km from the city centre. Obviously being our first house, we absolutely adore it!!

Let it shine, let it shine..

Let the sun shine and warm out Vitamin-D deficient bodies for another summer of fun. Like lizards on rocks we ventured back to the Secret Spot for some well needed R&R. We enjoyed a great day of relaxation and time together as a family. We were even treated to a two hour spell of 'baby free' time, when the 'baby boy' had a rest.. nice...





The baby boy was obviously with us also and took to trying to jump in the water at the first opportunity. We managed to keep him still at times to take a few snapshots..



The previous week, us "boys" were also out and about.. some pics of that also..

What a great time to be at home. The 'boy' is so full of life and energy, that I spend half of my time totally loving being at home and the rest of the time stopping him from eating cables in the house.

Every day is a gift and us boys are having a great time..

Hello Loyal Readers!!

Yes, it's me again and time to throw in some new photos of us. Time is continuing to go quickly and 'the boy' is learning to almost run with the aid of his little cart/trolley. He is now the new owner of a brand new tooth, which he surveys reguilarly with his tongue.
